Encuentro: Spanish Ministry
Este ministerio existe para animar y fortalecer en la fe de Cristo a las personas de habla hispana, en particular a aquellas limitadas en su comunicación en inglés. Tenemos como objetivo fomentar una comunidad unida con la meta de crecer juntos en la gracia y conocimiento de Jesucristo.
This ministry exists to encourage and strengthen Spanish-speaking people in the faith of Christ, particularly those limited in their communication in English. We aim to foster a united community with the goal to grow together in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Encuentros - Meetings
Para esta actividad nos reunimos el tercer domingo de cada mes inmediatamente después del culto, en un salón de la iglesia. Se trata de una reunión informal de hispanohablantes donde hay compañerismo, una enseñanza
bíblica, oración y anuncios. Cada evento de Encuentro dura dos horas, incluyendo el almuerzo. Los Encuentros están abiertos a miembros y visitantes de la iglesia que quieran ser parte de nuestra comunidad hispanohablante, vivir el evangelio, y conocer juntos a Jesucristo.
For this activity we meet on the third Sunday of each month immediately after worship, in a church hall. It is an informal gathering of Spanish speakers where there is fellowship, a teaching scripture, prayer and announcements. Each Encuentro event lasts two hours, including lunch. The Encuentros are open to members and visitors of the church who want to be part of our Spanish-speaking community, live the gospel, and know Jesus Christ together.
Traducción dominical - Sunday Translation
La iglesia Covenant tiene servicios cada domingo, los que se traducen simultáneamente al español. Los estén interesados en esta traducción deberán pedir un transmisor en el área de audiovisuales e iluminación, en la puerta central del santuario. Covenant Church has services every Sunday, which are simultaneously translated into Spanish. Those interested in this translation should request a transmitter in the audiovisual and lighting area, at the central door of the sanctuary.
